We charge $150 for each 60 minute session. For those utilizing insurance, co payments and balances are required at time of visit.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, all major credit cards, debit cards and flex spending cards.

We are happy to provide you with statements to submit to your insurance company(ies) for reimbursement. We are also willing to submit statements to your insurance company for reimbursement if you are unable to do this task.

As a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us of any appointment cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Please note that full fees will be charged if a client does not give advance notice or is absent from an appointment without prior notice.
